Thanks for your order! Your item(s) will ship from Kentucky within five (5) business days.  If you choose an expedited shipping option, ALL packages will be out in 1-2 business days.

Keep an eye out for your shipping confirmation email, which will provide a link to your tracking information. USPS usually delivers packages in 3-5 business days. 

If you have not received your package in a reasonable amount of time or if you have received a delivery confirmation, but still do not have your package please contact your local post office with your tracking number for more information.

If your package has been lost in the mail by USPS please contact your local post office with your tracking number for more information about your packages whereabouts. You may file a missing mail claim with the USPS or file an insurance claim with the USPS if you purchased a shipping option that included shipping insurance.
